The RCN’s professional offer and support with career progression
Join our live events and be part of and support the RCN’s community of internationally educated nursing professionals (IENs). We recognise the enormous contribution IENs make to health and social care, and we understand the specific challenges IENs face when first arriving and working in the UK. Our series of live events will assist IENs with these challenges and provide the opportunity to ask questions.
This online live event will focus on:
- a live demonstration of:
- RCN Learn – how to access the latest quality assured nursing, health and social care learning resources.
- the RCNi Revalidation Portfolio for nurses and nursing associates, with tips on keeping a personal development plan.
- getting involved with the RCN’s forums and networks.
- getting the most out of support within the workplace, including: reflection, mentorship, clinical supervision, preceptorship and management supervision.
- career resources and support.
- a brief introduction to the RCN’s nursing workforce standards, including differences within the independent sector.
This live event is open to members and non-members.
