Addressing the NHS’s most critical challenges
Policy into action is at the heart of what The Healthcare Show does best. It turns abstract concepts and remote discussions you hear at other events into something tangible and easily digestible. This is the destination for all healthcare leaders in primary and secondary care who join us each year in their thousands.
Putting staff and patients front and centre
For 2023, the focus is very much on how staff experience, wellbeing and engagement can be improved in the current climate – what practical solutions and information can support recruitment and retention for your organisations. We have a brand new People Theatre which will be dedicated to tackling workforce challenges.
The patient voice and patient experience aren’t just reserved for our Patient Safety Theatre but will be incorporated into the full programme in a meaningful way. There are so many challenges in the NHS right now and following the pandemic we’re now in a full blown cost of living crisis which is having a detrimental impact on our population – listening to people’s experiences and truly understanding how we can reduce health inequalities is a non-negotiable and at the heart of what The Healthcare Show is about.
