Mending young minds: A multi-modal approach to Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS)
This multidisciplinary webinar will unite healthcare professionals from a range of specialty areas to develop, discuss and critically appraise new multi-modal treatment strategies for children and adolescents.
The meeting will provide a forum in which health care professionals can develop tailor-made approaches to treatments.
Aims of this webinar include:
- To gain an understanding of a range of treatment modalities in child psychiatry.
- To develop insights into personalised, multifaceted therapeutic interventions for CAMHS.
- To learn about successful, evidence-based treatment strategies from different healthcare professionals, including a child and adolescent psychiatrist, research psychologist and paediatrician.
- To develop knowledge relating to the aetiology of contemporary psychological problems in children.
This webinar will be of particular interest to liaison Child and Adolescent Psychiatrists and Psychologists plus all healthcare practitioners (AHP’s and nurses) working in CAMHS (Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services).
