Leadership – Emotional Intelligence and Resilience seminar (for Registered Nurses and 3rd year Nursing Students)

This morning seminar aims to raise awareness of leadership in healthcare and highlights the skills to improve wellbeing in order to make a difference in the workplace.

This seminar is aimed at Registered Nurses, and 3rd year pre-reg. Nursing Students working in any sector.

Topics include:

• Emotional Intelligence
• Leadership and the Self
• Resilience

This seminar will count towards participatory learning for NMC revalidation

Unfortunately we are currently unable to take online bookings for non-member 3rd Year Nursing Students. Please book over the phone on the number above to pay by card.

The closing date for applications: Monday 17 January 2022

Cancellations received BEFORE 5PM MONDAY 17 JANUARY 2022 will be refunded, minus a 25% administration fee.  Regrettably, no refunds can be processed after this date.

Places can only be substituted with the prior knowledge and agreement of RCN Events

This event will take place virtually via a Microsoft Teams meeting. You do not need to have a Teams account to view the meeting, any internet enabled device should work – you can view the event via a web browser, (recommended on desktop or laptop for full functionality) and on a phone or tablet you also have the option of downloading the free Microsoft Teams app. You will be sent a confirmation email once you have booked your place using the BOOK ONLINE link on this page, and the link to join the event 48 – 24 hours before the event start time.
