Leadership and Management- London School of Paediatrics
This study day aims to develop practical leadership skills through face-to-face interaction and collaboration.
There will be an opportunity to connect with leaders in paediatrics and explore the changing role of the clinician in driving change, fostering safe cultures, building effective teams and research.
The day will focus on delivering training to develop future leaders in the field of Paediatrics through:
- Interactive breakout sessions
- Encourage problem-solving at a trainee level
- Discussion of real workplace example
