General day 5-Valvular heart disease and endocarditis
This meeting will look at patients with valvular heart disease and the prevention and management of endocarditis. It will provide an understanding of the assessment and management of heart valve emergencies.
Aims for this webinar include:
- To develop an understanding of the assessment and management of heart valve emergencies
- To appreciate the echocardiographic features of endocarditis
- To be able to assess and manage valvular heart disease in pregnancy
