Big data, big change 2: Using patient data for population health management

2nd December 2021 @ 9:15 am - 5:00 pm

This meeting will empower practitioners to confidently use data already collected to the best effect in the interests of patients.

Building on last year’s conference, we will bring together a range of stakeholders and thought leaders to discuss and explore the progress, risks, and opportunities in using patient data for population health management.

This meeting will:

  • Outline the governance of data across complex care pathways between multiple providers
  • Explain the value of transparency of systems in using personally identifiable data
  • Enable delegates to contribute to the joint management of data within systems
  • Explore measures to manage data value beyond organisational boundaries
  • Discuss accountability for delivering health to populations and reducing inequality
