2022 has been an extremely exciting and busy year for the Data4NHS team! We have gained some new faces and are planning on expanding our team in the upcoming months.
This year alone we have attended 20 events and have a further 23 events booked in for the remainder of 2022. This looks to be our busiest year yet for events, which is an exciting prospect. It shows we are well on track to achieve our goal, to speak to as many healthcare professionals as possible across the NHS. This will help us understand how we can best support the NHS through our extensive range of services. We enjoy travelling the length and breadth of the UK, meeting and speaking to healthcare professionals involved in all aspects of the NHS, and we very much hope to see you at one of the events in the future.
We look forward to meeting you at one of our September events:
Royal College of Nursing Institute (RCNI) Nursing career and job fair, North London
RCNI hold the UK’s largest nursing careers event, and this gives us the perfect opportunity to discuss nurses’ specific recruitment needs. One of our services that nurses seeking a new venture may find useful is our list of NHS job postings. This is accessible for free, just subscribe and you’re ready to start your new journey.
International Women Health and Breast Cancer conference (I WomenHealth)
i-Women Health 2022 is a premier interdisciplinary forum for scholars, clinicians and educators to address the most current developments, concerns, challenges and solutions for women’s health. Data4NHS value this opportunity to speak to specialists and learn more about the unique health challenges women face due to biological, social and behavioural causes. Do please join us in London to learn about our services and find out how we could be of help.
Surgical Site Infection (SSI) conference
SSI takes place in Wales this year, with the theme of reducing SSIs. The event will be of particular interest to surgeons and their teams, operating department practitioners, microbiologists, antibiotic pharmacists and other front-line staff with an interest in perioperative care and will showcase current improvements across Wales. At Data4NHS we are looking forward to meeting specialists on the front line of the NHS and discussing the challenges they currently face.
National Maternity Safety conference
The National Maternity Safety conference 2022 will be held in Birmingham. Baby Lifeline has assembled an unrivalled panel of experts from across all aspects of maternity care. Previous speakers include senior representatives from NHS England, NHS Resolution, the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists, the Royal College of Midwives, MBRRACE-UK, HSIB and many others. We are delighted to be part of this important day that will bring together delegates, speakers and exhibitors from hundreds of organisations across the UK and further afield.
British Society of Lifestyle Medicine, London
In September, BSLM are in London to host their annual conference, bringing together speakers from across the globe to provide expert insights into all aspects of lifestyle medicine. This year, the conference focuses on the community, acknowledging the various socio-economic factors that impacts our society. It aims to establish tangible lifestyle medicine initiatives and solutions that will help to resolve the health and well-being inequalities that exist in our society. We’re sure this will be an extremely insightful conference and are delighted to be a part of it.
Federation of Infection Societies (FIS/HIS) International London
The FIS is the largest UK-hosted, international infection conference. It is a must-attend event for anyone working in infection prevention and control, infectious diseases, clinical microbiology and biomedical science. In 2022, FIS will be hosted by the Healthcare Infection Society. This is the first time Data4NHS will be attending this even and we are very much looking forward to speaking to a new audience, finding out their needs and establishing how our services can be of use.
